4th Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice: The Rule of Law and Constitutional Justice in the Modern World.
On 11–14 September 2017, the 4th Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ) was held in Vilnius. It was attended by representatives from 91 constitutional justice institutions from various countries of the world. The 4th Congress in Vilnius gathered a total of 422 participants and guests. The WCCJ is an organisation uniting constitutional control institutions from all over the world. Its congresses are organised every four years on a different continent. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania was honoured to host the first congress of this organisation in Europe. This publication presents the reports and speeches made as well as the key documents adopted at the 4th Congress of the WCCJ. It also contains the most interesting photos of the event.
